ITINERANT VENDOR PERMIT
- Permit Fee $50.00 for 1st applicant
- $20.00 per additional applicant
Permit Valid only between 9am and 8pm
FENCE/CARPORT/STORAGE SHED PERMIT
- NO PLUMBING OR ELECTRICAL - $40.00
If plumbing or electrical is being installed in this structure, a regular Trade Permit is required, and this permit CANNOT be used.
SIGN PERMIT
Permit fee is based on total square feet of all sides of sign.
Square feet per side X number of sides = Total Square Feet
- Up to 50 S.F. - $50.00
- 51 S.F. to 100 S.F. - $75.00
- 101 S.F. to 200 S.F. - $100.00
- 201 S.F. to 672 S.F. - $250.00
PERMIT FEES DOUBLE FOR WORK PERFORMED WITHOUT A PERMIT
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY (CO) APPLICATION FEE
- CO Permit Fee - $50.00 Per building on a site
- Fee is payable at the time an application is submitted.
This fee does not apply to Certificates of Occupancy that were issued for new buildings or for existing buildings where a building permit was issued for an extensive remodel to accommodate the new occupant.
